We retail clothing, accessories and footwear from brands such as Gramicci, RRL by Ralph Lauren, ST95, Carhartt, Sunspel, Red Wing, New Balance, Paraboot, Filson and many more. We also have a thriving online business and our head office is based in Cheshire. We are looking for a full-time Assistant Manager to join our team in Manchester.

Job Description:

The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager, helping to deliver the highest quality customer service and staff training, acquiring a full understanding of the products, following the merchandising standards and undertaking any other reasonable task required by the Store Manager. Excellent communication and sales skills required.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• You will have some Supervisory or Management experience.
• A genuine passion for men's premium branded fashion and a background in retail sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt.

This is a full time position based on 40 hours per week. You must be flexible and available to work weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £24,000.00 per year
